Pricing questions

What counts as a domain?

One onboarded hostname, with its www counterpart included. acme.com and www.acme.com together count as one domain.

What happens if I go over my request cap?

Nothing breaks. Caps are soft: we notify you and prompt an upgrade. We never cut off or 404 live redirects over a cap, since that would defeat the point of the product.

Are redirect rules limited?

No. Rules are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Plans scale by domains and traffic, not by how thorough your redirect map is.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade in-app any time, and billing is prorated through Stripe. Your domains and rules carry over untouched.
